Poplar Homes’ self-tour feature enables prospective residents to view a property without the need for a field agent. To use this feature, a prospective resident simply needs to schedule a tour on our website for properties that qualify for self-tours. Please note that some properties do not qualify for self-tours due to various reasons.
Once scheduled, a prospective resident only needs to confirm their tour by uploading a selfie along with a valid ID. After verification, the prospective resident will be sent tour instructions. On the day of the tour, they will receive an access code via SMS or email to open an electronic lockbox that contains the key to the property.
